Open the device and load a dose as instructed (some require twisting a base, others require inserting a capsule).Exhale: Sit or stand up straight and breathe out completely, away from the inhaler. Never breathe into the device, as moisture can clump the powder.Inhale: Place the mouthpiece between your teeth and close your lips tightly around it. Breathe in quickly, deeply, and forcefully through your mouth.Hold & Rinse: Remove the inhaler, hold your breath for 5 to 10 seconds, then exhale slowly. If your medication contains corticosteroids, always rinse your mouth with water and spit it out afterward to prevent oral thrush
